Good daily habits can make such a big difference in your overall health and your life. Here are the 10 daily habits that have changed my life in many different ways.

Following are ten daily habits that will make a really big difference in your life in different areas such as physical health, emotional health, and mental health.

The first thing is these daily habits have been the result of gradual habit-forming over the last few years. It's not something that happened overnight. it is difficult to form habits and it does take time, the second thing all these habits aren't daily habits, I don't pressure myself to do them every day especially, when you are having an aching lifestyle.

1.Drink a glass of water:

The first daily habit is drinking a glass of water as soon as get up. Brush up teeth go to the bathroom and then have a glass of water. I find that this has made a big difference to energy levels in the morning. When we are sleeping we were not taking any water and when you wake up we can be mildly dehydrated, and when you're dehydrated. So a good thing to do is start in the morning by getting enough hydration, drink a glass of filtered water. If you like warm water then this can work too, it really is a personal preference but drinking some water in the morning is a great thing to do for your energy level.

2. Meditation

 Meditate at least for 10 minutes every day. When I first started I didn't really believe in it, I didn't think that there was science behind it but there is actually quite a bit of science, it can do things like reducing anxiety. It can help you improve your immune function. there's a lot that it can do. If you are a beginner meditation can sing very daunting and, I have two tips to provide so the first one is trying to just be very open about meditation, in the beginning, the first 10 to 15 sessions for me were very difficult. I don't know what I was doing but I felt overwhelmed. I really got into it and I started to see the benefit, so give it time. The second thing is you are starting to try a guided meditation. Guided meditation can really help you stay on track and can really guide you through the process.

3.Walking/Exercise

 I do try to get outside for a walk because I find it such a big mood booster to get some fresh air, to get some sunlight, and to be out in greenery. Greenery is good for health as usual. I love going out for a walk so I started to make my walks my exercise now the

 World Health Organization recommends that we have to do exercise or walk at least about 150 minutes daily or moderate cardiovascular activity 75 minutes. A walk can count if your heart rate is high now so when you walking test your heart rate. There are many mobile applications that you can use.

4. Eat something Green/ Healthy Nutrition

 You have to eat something green every day. It’s a good idea to get some greens on a daily basis especially a variety of greens fruits, vegetables, and choose seasonal fruits as well. if you begin with the easiest way to add greens to your diet.  Your focus to be on a balanced diet.

5.Positive Mental attitude

A positive mental attitude boosts your mental health. Keep your attitude positive, focus on positive things around you, and leave negative. It will also enhance your personality, character, and behavior. To keep your mental attitude positive keep feeding positive things in your mind. Read motivation books, see inspirational videos, and also you can do a bunch of activities like positive self-talk and visualization. Meditation becomes the catalyst for a positive mental attitude.

6. Listen to soothing music

Listen to relaxing music every evening, Music has many different health benefits, relaxing music can help reduce stress. It can help reduce the stress hormone called cortisol if you're interested in something that's very relaxing flutes maybe some nature sounds, really nice to listen to at the end of the day.

  7. Reading

 Read or learn something every day, because it's something that truly increases your mental health especially when it comes to brain health. As we age there is that natural decline in our memories it happens but mental stimulation can slow down that decline so it's reading can improve mental stimulation. You can also prefer learn new things. if you're not into reading learning a new language will be good option. You can watch everyday videos learn something new, it's all about keeping your brain engaged and stimulated.

8. Spend Quality time with loved ones.

 Spend quality time with loved ones every day and I want to underline the word quality time because a lot of us end up spending time with our loved ones but we're on our phones and we're not properly engaged with them. We are not really talking to them it's not good communication and this happens to everybody. In this digital age that we live in-home or with anyone we used to scroll on my phone. Properly talk to him and get engaged with him.

9. Avoid Phone/Electronic gadget before bed

 Avoid phones 1 hour before bed, it’s very difficult to fall asleep because the brain was all over the place that was very much least stimulated and phones also emit radiation that is something that keeps active your brain and very difficult to fall asleep. When your phone is on it continuously emits radiation and your mind thinks it is not time to sleep so it will produce melatonin if it comes it is very hard to sleep.

10. Take Proper Rest

Take proper rest daily. Minimum 8 hr sleep for an adult is necessary. Poper rest keeps you energetic and boosts your efficiency. For Deep sleep, you can play some deep sleep track for sleep or soothing track.
