How to Contro Anger- Anger Management Tips


Recite some mantras:  

It's the best way to control anger, just select your mantra which you want to recite during the moment if you feel angry. Recite till it subside and sometimes it happens that after subside it may come within a few moments, then recite again do it till it finally goes away. This is the best way to control anger.

Music:

Music is a great healer, it heals everything, music helps to release anxiety and stress. When you are feeling anger or anguish listen to your favorite music. If you have an interest in playing any musical instrument that may become the best helper to subside anger. Even singing also helps to the maximum extent to release anger. Do some breathing Exercise:

Breathing is to exhale and inhale phenomena of air. If you are in anger your breath moves faster, to subside anger you have to slow down your breath, to do that, take a deep breath and hold for a few seconds, then exhale, do this exercise for few times till your breath slows down normally and consequently, you will find that your anger will automatically subside. 

Stop Talking:

The Best way to subside anger or control anger is to stop talking. This has been always told by our elder that if you are in anger don't open our mouth if you will do always get into trouble. Suppose in your house you are in anger and at the same moment, your spouse or kids saying something so it's better to stop talking otherwise your relationship will be in trouble. 

Knowingly escape the situation:

It happens that somebody or some situation always irritates you and makes you angry, so the best way is to avoid them and that situation. If you are in a discussion and something makes you angrier then knowingly leave that discussion that is the best way to subside your anger.

Walk Out:

Make a sudden departure is the best remedy to conquer anger. You are at home at something which makes you angry best thing is going on long drives, walk in the garden, go for a ride it always helps you to overcome the anger. Sometimes walking always makes you happy and gives you positivity.

Do Something creative:

Creativity always fills positivity in you, either it is some art, painting, dance, music, etc. Select something in which you have interest it could be art, pencil art, sand art, painting, dance, music start doing. You can prefer some online classes. In this way, you may pacify yourself.

Listen to some calm/ peaceful music on YouTube

One another method to appease yourself is to listen to some calm or soothing music on YouTube. There are numerous pieces of music available on YouTube. You can select anyone and just close your eyes listen carefully and be relax. Soothing music always fills you with positive vibes and lets your whole body and mind relax. 

Write Something:

Put down the cause which made you angry on a paper and flush it. This is a just silly way but sometimes it works. If You have an interest in writing something then just leave everything and go into your study room pick pen and paper and put in writing all your feelings. It will take to you another state of mind and you will feel better. 

You can choose to write some creative like you can write poetry, story. Put something on your blog to complete it and it may pacify your anger.

Meditation:

Meditation helps you to keep calm, if you regularly feel anger irritation then try this one. Meditate daily at least for five minutes. There are different ways of meditating, you can try anyone and stick to that till at least one month you will observe something change in your state.

Exercise/Workout:

Exercise helps to manage your body,  daily half-hour exercise keeps you energetic throughout the day, and in this way, you will always be able to manage your anger. Workout improves your mood and mental health. Exercise keeps you fit and improves your confidence. Regular exercise or workout helps you to manage anger.

Express your Anger:


If you are angry, express it but be careful it may induce irritation to the opposite you and create problems for you so better express it to yourself. Sit in silence in a locked room and shout, express all your anger and be normal. In this, we may also suppress our anger. 

Don't hold a grudge:

Don't hold a grudge is the best tool. Forgive everyone is a powerful way to pacify your anger. If you allow all the negative things around you definitely you will be upset, better just leave every negative thing, and forgive everyone who creates upsetness in you. Let it go:

Don't stick to some statement that annoys you, leaving this will be a better thing. Leave it, let it go, don't get stick to it. 

Think before you speak:

One of the best ways of anger management is to think twice before you speak, the voice doesn't come back so it is better to think again and again before speaking anything. This is one of the best tools of anger management and always saves you from the dire consequences of anger.
