1) Proper Planning of your Task.

2) Prioritizing of task
Segregate your task into two categories essential and non-essential. Depending upon the situation of work it may be categories, important and urgent tasks should be done immediately, Things which are not important, keep them aside and do it later.
You can categorize the task as mentioned below;
A: Important and urgent task: Do immediately.
B: Important but not urgent: Do after task A
C: Urgent but not important: You can do after B
D: Not urgent and not important: Do later
3) Define the Time limit for your tasks
Analyze task complexity and your productivity then you can decide the time limit for the task. The time table should be designed in such a way that each task gets the exact required time. Some times it may happen that complex tasks further divided into subtasks, time allotment to be given to these subtasks also. This will make you more focused and helps to realize your goals. Control your anger if you are not able to complete the task in a given time, check mistakes, learn from the past, and try for next.
4) You can remove Task D
Task which are neither important nor urgent, if not required then you can skip them. Tasks that are not essential you can do it later. Categories your task as per plan and then put a label as given above e.g A, B, C, D, execute accordingly.
5) Think ahead
You should have a clear idea of what you have to do and what you have to not do. You have to plan as early as possible, you can plan before one day of any tasks and then execute it. Planning early gives you enough time to think about all the aspects of the task, evaluation of tasks will be good and you can give the right time to the right task.
6) Take a break after completion of the task.
It is our tendency that we get tired working continuously, which affects our productivity and efficiency, it enables you to be focus and motivated. Do some relaxing techniques to relax your self. Taking breaks within the task always gives you an energy boost to complete tasks. It gives relaxation to your mind and body also. In this way you can create something good and your productivity will be excellent.
7) Don't waste time
Wastage of time is defined as spending time on unproductive things. Unproductive things are those things that don't add any value to your life, your personality, your income, your happiness, etc. It will be good to try to avoid these things and go for doing productive things.
