How to create habit
I am going to give a brief insight into how to create habits. One great motivational author and speaker Brian Tracy has summed up the following steps after doing great research.
Step (1) Decide New Habit :
Firstly you have to decide that what new habit you want to create for example you want to create a habit of waking up early in the morning, you want to create a habit of doing exercise daily, you want to create a habit of reading daily, you want to create the habit of reaching office at the time. So you have to decide what habit you want to create. There are many good habits you can select. You can select as per your career or as per your hobby as well. This is the first and very important step of how to create a habit.
Step (2) Never Allow Exceptions:
It is one of an essential part of how to create a habit, Now you have decided your habit and do it regularly, don't miss any day, don't allow excuses, for example, say you have decided to do exercise daily now you may give the excuse that today you are not feeling well, you are not happy so you will not do exercise. No excuse either time is in your favor or not, no excuse you have to do at any cost. Excuses are greater enemies of creating a habit. If you want to excel in any habit forget about excuses.

Step (3) Let others know about your goal or new habits.
Tell everyone that you are going to create new habits, tell them your goal, now it's amazing how much discipline you will be if you know that peoples are watching you. This definitely works that if you know that peoples are keeping eye on you and if you do a mistake or you miss your goal then they will taut you, then definitely you will be on time and regular in creating your habit. It is good to talk about your goals with the right people, keep in mind that you have to tell to right people otherwise it could have a bad effect later.
You have to visualize the accomplishment of your goal or habit say you have decided to create a habit of exercise daily, now you visualize daily that you are very fit, your health is good, you are doing exercise daily. How does it work? by visualization your subconscious mind always gets that information daily and one day it accepts that you are what you visualize and when it accepts then you are directed to do that work regularly. it's a great tool and the best step of how to create habits and to achieve your goals. you can choose another too of SAVERS Principle to pursue your goal.

Step (5) Affirmations.
Take affirmations daily. Say you want to create a habit of waking up early, take affirmation before going to sleep that you will wake up at 4 AM in the morning. Take this affirmation till your sleep. Definitely, you will we wake up early 4 AM in the morning. This always gives you hope and makes you positive. Affirmations keep you away from negativity. Daily do affirmations and keep your battery charged.
Follow the above steps till it comes into your habit daily. Don't leave before it comes naturally. it may take time.
Expert says it will take 21 days to cultivate a habit. But it could be within few minutes to few years, for example, if you touch a warm surface and you got burn then throughout life you will always think before touching a warm surface that either it is touchable or not, and it will persist in your habit. Few things you are doing regularly then also it is not coming into your habit.
The matter is that you have to do it sincerely, and persist until it happens naturally.
Step (7) Reward Yourself.
If you are in the way of creating a habit, after completing small steps reward yourself, because it just creates happiness due to the release of dopamine chemical, which unconsciously motivates you. Rewarding yourself will increase your efficiency and you can achieve success easily. This is the best part of how to create habit.
You can use some mobile applications or a simple calendar to keep eye on yourself. There are numerous self help mobile application which gives you at once improvement or your previous records.
